Meet Jennifer Gomez Hardy
Jennifer Gomez Hardy is a fearless litigator with top tier law firm experience and a passion for helping victims who suffer from injuries, in many instances catastrophic, resulting from transportation collisions, premises/product defects, workplace accidents, negligent security, slip/trip and falls.
She understands that a moment in time can change the direction of your life. And in these instances, in these most vulnerable of times, Jennifer empowers her clients with knowledge and a concrete plan to move forward.
Jennifer strives not only to obtain the highest possible recovery for her clients, but also to provide them with thorough and vigorous representation of their case both in and out of court, so that their rights and interests have been fully and skillfully protected.
The secret behind her success? Her creative energy and desire to practice law with a deep conviction for justice; her compassion and ability to relate to people across economic, racial, and religious backgrounds; and her relentless work ethic and commitment to fiercely advocate for her clients. She has always represented people not companies or big corporations.
But her story didn’t begin in the courtroom. It started at a very young age with a keen sensitivity to injustice and a compassion for people. From there, it evolved into participating in various groups and political activities that fought for civility and equality through grassroots efforts.
On a personal note, Jennifer remains active in the community and invests time mentoring. She is a board member of the Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Lawyer Referral and Information Service. She is a recipient of the 2018 Super Lawyers Rising Star Award.
